From Request to Transport
Request & Assessment
Call our 24/7 AOG line or submit an online request. Our medical coordinator assesses patient condition, origin, and destination within minutes.
Aircraft & Crew Dispatch
The nearest suitable aircraft is identified and crew — pilot, co-pilot, and certified flight paramedic — are mobilised. Typical wheels-up time: 90–120 minutes from confirmation.
In-Flight Medical Care
Our flight paramedics provide continuous ALS monitoring and intervention throughout the flight. Real-time communication with receiving hospital is maintained.
Handover & Documentation
Patient is handed over to receiving medical team with complete in-flight records. All documentation for insurance and DGCA compliance is provided.
